               The website has been organised by a core group of investors <br>

                The initial objective of this website was to co-ordinate the investors to demand information and
                engagement from James McCulloch, but having successfully removed Mr McCulloch from the directorships,
                after a unanimous vote of over 95% of shareholders, the objective of the website has changed to
                support the on-going success of the pubs.

                Please note that each pub is a separate and distinct company, with separate financials and investor
                ownership.

                The EIS rules require that there is no cross linkage and any management agreements are standalone.
