This website was initially developed in 2020, by a group of investors in the 6 pubs where the funds were raised by Ducalian (Harcourt, Hero, Coach, Crown, Three Cranes, KPH), . The objective of the website was to act as a forum to co-ordinate shareholder feedback to then directors, and to set the future strategy of each pub (including any exit plans) that is in the best interests of the owners of each company.
The wesbite has been extended to cover the shareholders in the Titan Storage companies (AMSL 1-7)
Pubs
The outcome of the shareholder forum was an EGM held in September 2020 that unanimously voted to terminate the tenure of the original directors,
James McCulloch and Henry Harris (with 97%-99% votes caste) and replace them with new (unpaid) directors that were shareholders.
The pubs management, operations were overhauled and funds raised to avoid a liquidation.

The shareholder forum will be considering the exit proposal and will determine the next steps accordingly.
